DOTA 2(Serious Team)

Hi guys
I would like to get straight to the point
► I m going to start a new team of above 4.5k avg mmr, i myself is 4.7k solo.
► I only want interested, active and serious players only.
►so you need to give a lot of time to the game, so leave your steam id(along with in-game name) and phone number or something(skype, e-mail, etc.) so i can contact you.
► ""i dont need any lazy kind of guys who first say we are in then go afk and inactive"".
► for now i only want to concentrate on online games and tournys, so we will start our journey from faceit by playing pickup games and will try to coordinate(and lan tournys afterwards if we keep doing well).
► We will probably play esl tournys and other small tournys.
► and ofcourse more than 5 players would be good(5 will do but more can help scrambling the roster).
► cool minded and calm buddies may reply.
► you should have mic and understand english or hindi.
► and one last thing 'you must have good ping in SEA server'.
AND PLS if you are below 4k then dont reply to this post.
