MAJOR ROSTER SHUFFLE - Eternal Esports picks up Entity Gaming's CS GO squad

There is always atleast one major change every year that shakes the scene. This year’s major drama unfolds in a rather spectacular way.

The CS:GO roster of Entity Gaming will be playing under the banner of Eternal Esports, effective 1st November, 2017.

Entity Gaming has been the single-most dominant team of India for quite some time now. After completing a few tournaments that Entity is participating in right now, such as ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND Shanghai Championship and ESL India Premiership Fall Finale, the team will start playing under the Eternal Esports banner.

The new roster for Eternal Esports will now be:
  • Tejas ‘Ace’ Sawant
  • Ayush ‘astaRRRR’ Deora
  • Ishpreet ‘HuntR’ Singh
  • Bharat ‘RibbiZ’ Reddy
  • Karan ‘Excali’ Mhaswadkar

The old lineup of Eternal Esports, led by Bhavin ‘Hellranger’ Kotwani stands disbanded for the moment. We will keep you updated with what becomes of them in the coming days.

The previous lineup of Eternal Esports was:
  • Bhavin ‘Hellranger’ Kotwani
  • Vivek ‘Shabby’ Patel
  • Shailesh ‘Blackhawk’ Dalvi
  • Anuj ‘Amaterasu’ Sharma
  • Sabyasachi ‘antidote’ Bose

Gautam Mengi, CEO of Eternal Esports, gave the following statement:

“It was a mutual decision by the players of Entity. Obviously the organization didn't want the players to leave but the players saw Eternal as a better opportunity for the bigger picture. As I had clearly mentioned that I would be looking for players who could give 8-10 hours to this game. Bhavin ‘Hellranger’ Kotwani and boys gave their best shot, they could have done better with proper practice and dedication towards the game. I wish them the best for their future endeavors. As far as the new squad is concerned, there is no doubt that they're the best in the Indian Subcontinent right now. As of now we have only one goal that has brought us together which is to make a mark in the international CS:GO Scene.”

While nobody from Entity Gaming was available to give a comment, Sid Joshi, their manager, did post a not so cryptic statement on his facebook profile:

  • Kashef 'Screamy1tap' Ahmed
  • Debanjan 'DeathMaker' Das
  • Sagnik 'HellfightR' Roy
